  • The Culture Club is a loyalty rewards program which allows Burgers@ to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business.

    The Culture Club members are able to earn and accumulate points that can be redeemed for rewards aka “Burgers@ Bucks”.

  • Burgers@ Bucks are the loyalty rewards currency you receive when you’ve reached 100 points. Burgers@ Bucks are applied to your loyalty account as a credit that can only be used toward future purchases at Burgers@ Apollo.

    Burgers@ Bucks cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

  • To join The Culture Club, go to toasttab.com/burgersatapollo/rewardsSignup and follow the prompts to sign up.

  • Points are only earned on pre-taxed, non-discounted amounts. Guests do not earn points on tips or taxes.

    You can earn points by making purchases at participating Burgers@ restaurants in the following ways:

    1. Earn through a linked card. When you pay for an order in-person with a credit card that has been linked to your loyalty account, you will automatically earn points for your order.

    2. Earn by adding your Culture Club account to your in-person orders. When visiting our restaurant, a Burgers@ Team Member can add your loyalty account to your check so that you can earn points. Please note that this must be done prior to paying as there is no way to go back and add the points after the check has been paid.

    3. Earn through sign-in flows. If you try to sign up with an email address or phone number that already has a loyalty account attached to it, instead of signing up for a new account, the points will be earned towards the existing account.

    4. Earn through digital ordering. If you place an order through Online Ordering, Toast TakeOut, Toast Mobile Order & Pay™, or mobile payments, and use an email or phone number that has a loyalty account connected to it, you will earn points from that order toward that loyalty account.

  • You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

    Sign-up Bonus: You will earn 25 points as a welcome bonus.

  • Guests must earn 100 points before they are able to redeem any rewards.

    For every 100 points earned, guests will receive $7 in Burgers@ Bucks that will be instantly available for use towards future purchases at Burgers@ Apollo.

    Once your Burgers@ Bucks have been used/redeemed, those points will be removed from your Culture Club balance.

  • To check your point balance, visit https://www.toasttab.com/burgersatapollo/rewards .

  • No. Points earned through The Culture Club do not expire.

    However, Burgers@ will unregister and make ineligible any Culture Club accounts that have been inactive for one (1) consecutive year. Inactivity is defined as no points earned during one (1) consecutive year period. In the event that your Culture Club account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all accrued points in your account are void.

  • You will be required to provide your name, birthday (month and day), phone number, and email address. This information will be linked to your Culture Club account.

  • Must be 18 years or older to participate. The Culture Club is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may access and participate in The Culture Club only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

  • Guests will not receive a physical loyalty card. Upon signing up, guests will receive a link to their Digital Culture Club Card, which will have information about the program and about their loyalty accounts, such as the number of points they have earned so far and a list of their recent activity. Included in the Digital Culture Club Card:

    • Guest's point balances and any rewards they have earned that are ready to redeem

    • Information regarding all of the different ways guests can earn points

    • Information on how guests can redeem their points

    • A list of all the credit cards attached to the guest’s loyalty account

    • A list of the guest’s recent activity with the loyalty account

    • A link to the guest’s QR code to scan to earn and redeem points

    * All Burgers@ cards are dual function and contain BOTH cash balances and loyalty points. A gift card (e-gift cards and physical gift cards) can be registered as a loyalty card. A loyalty card can have cash value added to it to be used as a gift card. The balances are stored separately within the system.

  • Unfortunately, there is no way to get points for a purchase you already made if you did not first add your Culture Club account to the order prior to paying or if you did not pay with a linked card.

    Pro-tip: You can scan your QR-Code at any time when you're at the register, as long as it's before you pay!

  • No, guests will not earn points from purchasing a gift card. They can however earn points when paying with that gift card if the items purchased are eligible for points.

  • Points may not be earned on the following items:

    • Alcoholic beverages

    • Purchases of Burgers@ gift cards

    • Burgers@ gift card reloads

    • Catering menu items and services

    • Hourly rates for closed private events

    • Additionally, taxes, tips, donations, and fees, including without limitation, shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, also may be excluded and ineligible for point accrual.

  • No. Points earned through The Culture Club have no cash value and cannot be transferred, redeemed, or sold for cash.

  • Multiple credit cards can be linked to a single Culture Club account, but only one email or phone number and one customer profile can be used.

  • Yes. We can split points on a single order across multiple Culture Club accounts by splitting the check rather than the payment. Splitting the check ensures that each Culture Club account holder receives the correct amount of points according to their check amount.

  • If you initiate a return, chargeback, or refund, points associated with the purchase may be revoked.

    You may check your current rewards balance by clicking the link you receive when you sign up for The Culture Club.

  • No. Points and rewards (Burgers@ Bucks) within one account cannot be shared with family members, friends or others.

  • No. Sorry, memberships and rewards (Burgers@ Bucks) are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends or others.
